In this lesson students will define their comfort and discomfort zones, and create an action plan to fight the fear of trying something new.

In this lesson, students will work closely with peers to develop a support system and learn what it means to be supportive.

Your achievements are a sum of your habits.
In this lesson, students identify a desired goal/vision they hope to achieve, learn the effect different habits can play on achieving that goal, and then create an action plan about what habits they will work to build or maintain.

In this lesson, students will use 50 energy points and distribute them across eight aspects of their life in order to notice where they are over or under spending energy and time.

Choosing to define your own outcome.
In this lesson, students will recognize how their circumstances do not have to define their outcome, creating a plan of action to take small steps to overcome big challenges.

In this lesson, students will learn to be successful by focusing on the process and progress through their goal and not just the outcome. By the end of the lesson they will create a phrase or word to help remind them of everything they have already overcome and can use that phrase to inspire them going forward.
