1.To practice discipline– Don’t snooze your alarm
2. To step out of your comfort zone – Meet 1 new person
3. To face an obstacle head on - Write down one way tackling an obstacle in the past made you stronger for the future
4.To take steps towards a breakthrough – Finish the sentence, “I Believe I can…”
5. To practice a positive mindset – approach a dull task with enthusiasm
6. To help foster a belief in yourself – Write down “I Believe I can” & post it somewhere you can see it!
7. To learn from your mistakes – Think of a mistake you’ve made and write it down on a piece of paper, then crumple up that paper and throw it down. When you pick it back up, uncrinkle it and notice all the new folds you’ve made. Those folds represent all the new connections your brain has made to be better for the future after making that mistake.
8. To include your support system in your goal – Tell someone what your biggest goal is
9. To make an impact in your community – Tell someone you believe in them, & encourage them to believe in themselves
